  1. I can really relate to this in many ways. If you relate it to our industry, thrash through all the information in the beginning of the project. Get all the information you need right away (plow through it), then the rest of the project is all downhill from there. No need to hash through all the nitty gritty details when it’s time for the project to ship – be on top of it from the beginning! This will save many snags as the project progresses. Of course, this is at a smaller level than big ideas that create big projects in other industries, but it all basically boils down to the same thing.
