Are you a cyberstalker? If you spend your time lurking on the Facebook pages of exes, crushes, or rivals, you might be. While the legal definition of stalking varies by state, constantly keeping tabs on others through social media is downright creepy and unhealthy. Whether it’s from curiosity, heartbreak, or boredom, there’s a good chance you’ve engaged in these activities online. Of college students surveyed, almost 90% admitted to snooping on an ex’s Facebook profile page. Almost three-fourths took it a step further, and have “creeped” around the profile of an ex’s new partner. Also, 70% confessed to employing an accomplice, and using a friend’s profile to spy on exes.
